Summary:
CPS Unit 100, subunit 12, located in Virginia, was operated by the Brethren Service Committee.
All dairy testers, once selected, trained for their work, usually under the direction of the state dairy testing official in charge of the program.
Since most of the Brethren dairy testing units, as well as the dairy farm work units, were located in the East, the Brethren Service Committee appointed Alfred Chamberlin and William Z. Cline to maintain connection with the COs working in dispersed locations.
