Summary:
CPS Unit No. 101, Subunit [3], located at Goshen College in Indiana, a college supported by Mennonites, opened on June 14, 1943 and enrolled sixty-six CPS men in the effort to prepare a reserve of trained relief workers. Goshen accepted women applicants who were college graduates or who were recommended by school administrators as good candidates for nursing, social service, or clerical support positions in war zones.
