Summary:
CPS Unit 100, subunit 14, located in West Virginia, was operated by the Brethren Service Committee.
The COs assigned to a dairy herd testing association worked with the official in charge, as well as with the county agricultural agent, the state extension dairyman in charge of the association, as well as the individual farmers.
Men who reported their occupations as farming or other agricultural work when entering CPS tended to serve as dairy testers or farm workers. One hundred and twelve men from Brethren camps served as part of the CPS Unit No. 100 as dairy testers in six different states.
